| Description |
The Westgate project consisted of the Rehabilitation of 100 units in 16 single story buildings and construction of a New Community and Office Building.
Then project duration was 9 months. The biggest challenge was to complete the work with 100% site occupancy. PGCC along with site management daily contacted residents and coordinated the work.
