The property consisting of 292 units underwent a renovation that
included new decks, changing siding from T-111 to hardiplank lap
siding, new roofs, new HVAC systems, upgrades to the interiors,
playground structures, mail kiosks, signage, asphalt repairs, and other
miscellaneous site improvements.

In cooperation with SETA and Sacramento County, a new ground-up Headstart
Childcare Building was constructed that will not only serve the residents
at the Countrywood Village Apartments, but also the surrounding community.
