Precision General Commercial Contractors, Inc.
renovated the Capitol Towers Apartments for F & F Developers. The
409-unit complex includes a 15-story tower, housing 206 apartments and
commercial
spaces on the bottom floor. There are 203 commercial spaces on the
bottom floor. There are 203 additional apartments in two and three
story buildings throughout the complex. The tower underwent system and
life-safety upgrades along with an addition to the lobby, an elevator
retrofit and improvements to the primary entrance. While the concrete
tower was
structurally sound, it needed upgrades to bring it up to current code
and safety standards. The 203 garden style apartments underwent complete
renovation,
inclusive of improvements to interior and exterior components.
